We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to help launch our exciting new concept. What You’ll Do:
- Co-create and execute a dynamic, opening-day menu with precision and creativity
- Play a lead role in hiring and training the back-of-house team, ensuring strong foundations and team cohesion
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for quality, timing, and consistency
- Manage prep and production flow, keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently
- Champion safety and cleanliness, holding the team accountable to top-tier food safety standards
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain cost control, ensuring a well-run kitchen
- Work hand-in-hand with FOH managers to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Set the pace and tone on the line, mentoring cooks and stepping in where needed
- Act as a second-in-command, filling in for the Executive Chef when required
