Kitchen Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 5 years experience in high volume concept
- Oversee all food and culinary operations for restaurant and property-wide Food & Beverage offerings.
- Develop menus, recipes, product control, and food quality specifications.
- Manage daily food service operations, including kitchen standards, timing, quality, hiring, and staff training.
- Train, supervise, and collaborate with cooks to meet company standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through diverse, authentic, and on-trend cuisines.
- Maintain high-quality food products across the resort.
- Coach and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and continuous training.
- Manage kitchen financials in alignment with monthly budgets.
