Help Wanted: Director of Sales – Boutique Hotel Industry
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for hospitality and a gift for storytelling? We’re seeking a Director of Sales to drive revenue, build strong local partnerships, and elevate our brand in the Mobile market.
This is more than a sales job—it’s a chance to shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and make a mark in one of the region’s most exciting properties. You’ll be the lead connector between the community and our hotel, including two outstanding on-site restaurants.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead a sales strategy to dominate the luxury hospitality space
- Build lasting relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community leaders
- Work closely with our restaurant teams to promote events and group bookings
- Oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and guide the team to exceed targets
- Be part of the executive team—collaborate cross-functionally and lead with vision
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in an independent upscale Hotel
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Mobile market and strong community ties are a plus
- Experience mentoring a team and executing strategic initiatives
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
