Licensed Therapist – Youth and Family Services

Responsibilities include:
- Provide individual, family and group therapy using evidence based, trauma informed approaches
- Comprehensive assessments including diagnostic evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and treatment planning
- Serve clients in their homes, schools or communities supporting youth and families in their everyday environments
- Deliver crisis intervention services and develop safety, behavioral and stabilization plans
- Collaborate with schools, families, case managers and service providers to coordinate care and stability for clients
- Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to complete timely and accurate clinical documentation; track progress through outcome measures; maintain quality standards; participate in regular supervision, team meetings and training; and continue to an inclusive mission driven environment.

- LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred
- LSW (with Master's) LMCHA or LMFTA required working toward independent licensure considered
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a or related human services field.
- 2+ years of experience working with children, families or in social services, mental health or child welfare (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance required. Travel and occasional youth transport may be needed.
- Additional qualifications include but are not limited to flexible and collaborative; culturally responsive and inclusive; organized and detail oriented, build trust and maintain professional relationships; and strong clinical skills
