An HR Manager oversees recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance to support a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with company goals. Is this you? Are you looking for a change? This mulit-property client needs you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, implementing engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, service excellence, and career growth.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate employee records. ]
- Performance Management: Oversee employee evaluations, feedback processes, and improvement plans to drive productivity and service quality.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll, benefits programs, and employee recognition initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention. Manage recruiting processes.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace that aligns with hospitality industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar) with multiple properties.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a dynamic workforce.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
