Responsibilities:
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising student, union, student manager, temporary, and casual employees.
- Engage with customers, uphold customer service standards, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing training for unit employees to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service or a related field.
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a similar food service setting.
- Experience in a high-volume food service establishment is preferred.
- ServSafe Certification required.
