An innovative healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized primary care in a premier corporate setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including physicals, screenings, and acute and chronic condition management.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and prescribe medications.
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Active New York State PA or NP license.
- 5+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Patient-focused approach with an interest in personalized, preventive care.
