Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:
- Promote a people-first culture
- Lead teams to meet sales and budget goals
- Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
- Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
- Accurately forecast business trends by store
- Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations
Restaurant District Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 years+ of multi-unit QSR management experience
- Restaurant volume experience of $1.5 MM+ annual sales
- Management experience of 3+ stores simultaneously
- Proven track record of developing GM talent and creating a robust talent pipeline
- Extensive experience managing multiple P&Ls and can speak to methodology
- Focused on people, hospitality, and integrity
