An established and growing residential property management company is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to service single-family homes throughout the Twin Cities, primarily in the western suburbs. This hands-on opportunity offers a variety of daily maintenance and repair projects, a supportive team environment, and the independence to manage your work without the typical corporate structure. The ideal candidate is a dependable, well-rounded maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship.
Property Maintenance Technician Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is $25-$35 per hour with possible overtime if desired
- M-F work week or option of 4 -10 hour days
- H/D/V packages

Property Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential properties, facilities, or a related field
- Working knowledge of plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and general property maintenance
- Ability to independently diagnose problems, complete repairs, conduct inspections, and prepare homes for new residents
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, basic hand tools, and ability to travel between properties throughout the day
Property Maintenance Technician Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience maintaining single-family homes, rental properties, or residential communities
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle a variety of maintenance requests efficiently
- Comfortable using a smartphone to manage work orders, document repairs, and communicate with the team
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with strong communication skills and attention to detail
