Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management Experience in casual or upscale, full-service background.
- Bar knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team
- Possess a great leadership personality and have the ability to motivate a team
- Treat all employees with dignity and respect
Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- High energy with a lead-by-example attitude
- Developing the team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
- Support the team in providing an exceptional guest experience
- Hands-on leadership approach
- A minimum of 2+ years in a full-service restaurant
