Assistant General Manager
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who loves hospitality and knows how to make both guests and team members feel taken care of. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong fine dining background, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional service.
You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop the front-of-house team, and maintain high standards throughout every service. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a busy dining room, building guest relationships, and balancing service excellence with the business needs of the restaurant.

- Management experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- A warm, polished approach to guest service
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and cost control
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
