Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations
- Coordinate necessary orders
- Check freshness and quality of all Food & Beverage products
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize service and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience at a Multi-Unit Director level or higher with a Casual or Upscale Casual Brand
- Five to ten years of proven success in a leadership role in a similar environment
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality-related majors or Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven track record of Team Building and the development and implementation of standards and consistency
- Strong project management skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, leadership qualities, and communication skills
Benefits:
