Restaurant Manager | Upscale Casual Dining
$75,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus
We are partnering with a rapidly growing upscale casual restaurant group seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Coach, train, and develop Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management initiatives.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing employee development.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Experience in a full-service restaurant environment with annual sales volumes of $3 million or greater.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Able to train in Charlotte for 6-8 weeks
- Proven history of career progression and employment stability.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Comfortable supporting both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style.
- Desire to build a long-term career with a growing restaurant organization.
