We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager – Construction in South Florida to develop new business throughout Miami-Dade, Monroe County, and the surrounding market.
This field-based role focuses on prospecting, identifying upcoming construction projects, building relationships with contractors, and generating new opportunities in the precast concrete and infrastructure construction industry.

Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new contractor and customer relationships throughout South Florida
- Identify upcoming public and private construction projects
- Build relationships with contractors, estimators, project managers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers
- Generate new opportunities for the company to quote construction projects
- Develop business within civil/sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, underground utility, and infrastructure markets
- Visit contractor offices and active construction sites throughout the territory
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market relationships
Territory Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant construction or construction sales experience preferred
- Background in construction materials, precast concrete, civil/sitework, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, underground utilities, or related infrastructure
- Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and build contractor relationships
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new accounts and identify opportunities
- Knowledge of the South Florida construction market preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
