An established restaurant group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across multiple entities. This is a relocation to Corpus Christi, TX.
Director of Operations – Benefits and Compensation

Director of Operations – Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- 5+ years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75+ employees total
- Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Director of Operations – Must Haves
- Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards
Director of Operations – Preferred Background & Skills
- Multi-unit leadership experience in a restaurant group or hospitality company, at least 4 units
- Proven success driving sales growth and operational efficiency
- Hands-on leadership style with strong team-building and motivational skills
- ServSafe certification and advanced knowledge of culinary and food safety standards
