Are you a hands-on multi-unit restaurant leader who enjoys building strong teams and improving performance? We are looking for a District Manager who can coach General Managers, strengthen restaurant operations, grow sales, and create consistency across multiple locations.
District Manager – What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a fast casual enviroment
• Multi-unit management experience needed
• Oversee multiple restaurant locations within an assigned market
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for results
• Build a strong pipeline of future restaurant leaders
• Drive sales, profitability, labor performance, food cost, inventory, and overall restaurant execution
• Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, guest service, and brand execution
• Support local store marketing, catering, community involvement, and sales-building initiatives
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the district
