Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000
- Bonus eligibility up to $40,000 annually

Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
- Positive leadership style with a people-first mentality
- Experience managing P&L, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under demanding conditions while maintaining high standards
Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee complete retail and warehouse operations
- Directly supervise, coach, and mentor the team to achieve business goals
- Build genuine connections with guests and develop strong community and business relationships
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards through clear communication
- Maintain focus on security, loss prevention, and operational efficiency
