Pricing Manager

Pricing Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $140,000–$160,000 with an anticipated 15%+ bonus opportunity

Pricing Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, pricing analytics, financial/data analysis, or a closely related area
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sophisticated pricing models
- Experience working with a large number of SKUs, products, or parts in pricing analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including handling large datasets
- Deep understanding of margin optimization, product profitability, and pricing strategy
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
- Leadership or people-management experience preferred
Pricing Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in high-SKU product environments such as automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, OEM/service parts, HVAC/plumbing, or similar wholesale/distribution sectors
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Procede) is a plus, but not required
Pricing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced pricing models across a broad product portfolio
- Analyze pricing, product costs, margins, sales trends, and customer behavior using large internal datasets
- Identify margin improvement opportunities and competitive pricing needs through data-driven analysis
- Present clear, actionable pricing recommendations to senior leadership
- Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and management presentations
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to support business decisions
- Lead a small team responsible for pricing administration and special pricing initiatives
- Continuously refine pricing processes, tools, and methodologies
