Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of GM experience in the DC area
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in effectively managing controllable costs
- Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading team
- Strong proficiency in technology platforms such as POS, reservations, inventory management software, scheduling/employee communication platforms
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Italian cuisine and wine knowledge
- Upscale, high-volume restaurant background
- Experience managing events (private dining rooms) alongside à la carte service
