We are seeking an experienced Area Coach to oversee the operations and performance of multiple restaurants in the Kansas City market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator and strong people leader who can balance day-to-day restaurant execution with strategic thinking and business leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach multiple restaurant teams.
- Develop and mentor General Managers and management teams.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, and operational performance.
- Analyze P&L and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards and marketing programs.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits and business reviews.
- Hold leaders accountable while recognizing strong performance.
- Resolve guest concerns and promote a positive guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant operations experience.
- 2+ years of multi-unit experience preferred.
- QSR experience strongly preferred; casual dining considered.
- Proven ability to lead and develop General Managers.
- Strong P&L, labor, sales, and operational knowledge.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
- ServSafe certification required.
