A leading home improvement organization is seeking a driven Trade Sales Manager to mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing trade sales team. Trade Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($120K–$130K) plus annual bonus (paid quarterly based on performance metrics)
- Eligible for company e-fleet vehicle after 90 days (for work and personal use at $200/month)

- 2 weeks PTO in years 1-3, 3 weeks at year 4+
Trade Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5 years proven leadership experience in sales or customer service management
- Must be experienced in practices of employee supervision, process and policy development and implementation etc.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and be able to prioritize responsibilities
- Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is preferable.
- Strong ability to coach, train, and develop sales representatives
- Must successfully pass a stringent background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Availability to travel for one week of manufacturer training within the first six months, with a potential second week in months 7–12
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

Trade Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 7–10 in-home sales representatives, focusing on professional growth and sales effectiveness
- Drive process development and improvement initiatives across the sales team
- Monitor results to ensure customer satisfaction, market share growth, and profitability
- Provide regular coaching, training, and workload adjustments to support team performance
- Communicate clear objectives and foster integration across the sales function
