Resort Food & Beverage General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $70K (potential to increase)

Resort Food & Beverage General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience (multi-unit background preferred)
- Proven track record as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in full-service dining
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of ABC regulations and beverage alcohol compliance
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Full availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Active and comfortable covering a large, varied resort property

- ServSafe certification
- Experience interpreting and adjusting operations based on P&L and labor reports
- Visionary mindset with a passion for developing new guest programs and resort concepts

Resort Food & Beverage General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and safe dining experience
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain seamless communication and high standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing plans, and recruitment for seasonal needs
- Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction, revenue, inventory, and labor costs
- Support creative beverage programming, special events, and seasonal activations
- Uphold company culture through ongoing feedback, recognition, and team development
