We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our beverage and catering operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in mixology, vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost control. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and structure to our evolving menu while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
F&B Manager Benefits/Compensation:

F&B Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 2+ years in the industry (bartending, serving, etc.)
- Strong background in beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations
- Experience in cocktail and mocktail menu development
- Reasonable experience in Kitchen Operations
- Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies
- TIPs and ServSafe Certification required
- Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members
