What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional brand standards.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a winning team.
- Create a welcoming, guest-focused culture that keeps customers coming back.
- Implement programs and local initiatives that increase sales and profitability.
- Partner with company leadership and fellow General Managers to identify opportunities and grow the business.
- Work alongside your team and lead by example in every area of the restaurant.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of General Manager experience in a quick-service restaurant.
- A proven track record of increasing sales and delivering strong guest satisfaction.
- A passion for operational excellence, systems, and brand standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
- A hands-on work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
