Sales Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be dependable and willing to work 50 hour/week on site with weekend availability
- Must have experience leading a Sales team of at least 10 individuals at an on-site Call Center
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- College Degree preferred
- Must have 3-5 years of previous managerial experience in Sales
- Cold Calling skills are a must. Must have experience working Sales job
