- Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a high-end, fine-dining environment
- Proven ability to execute annual sales volumes of $2M or more
- Expert-level wine and premium liquor knowledge
- Outstanding guest service skills paired with strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to inspire and mentor a team
