Restaurant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities
• General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
• Lead all daily front and back of house operations
• Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold service standards
• Manage P&L, labor, food cost, beverage cost, and controllable expenses
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, and financial performance
• Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and local marketing initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
