Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in high-volume hospitality or resort operations; luxury experience preferred
- Strong food & beverage and service background
- Flexible and comfortable with seasonal business demands
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
