Restaurant General Manager – Fine Dining

Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of the restaurant and “mayor” of the dining room, engaging guests and building lasting relationships
- Lead and support a tenured, professional staff
- Ensure the highest standards of fine dining service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with attention to detail and excellence
- Train and mentor staff to uphold our service and culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a fine dining or upscale casual concept
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; hands-on and guest-centric management style
- Deep knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Current ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for food, hospitality, and developing people
