Dining Room Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a restaurant management or leadership role
- Experience managing both front- and back-of-house operations
- Comfortable working in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen
- Demonstrated servant leadership style focused on team support and development
- Experience managing scheduling, inventory, and P&L responsibilities
Dining Room Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining restaurants
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen environment
Dining Room Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through highly trained, supported teams
- Supervise and provide timely feedback to hourly team members across shifts
