We’re looking for a Driver Recruiter in Warren, MI to join a growing transportation organization and play a critical role in recruiting CDL drivers, dock workers, and support personnel across the network. No prior recruiting experience is required—we’ll train the right person. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your effort directly impacts hiring results and earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support positions
- Source candidates through job boards, recruiting databases, and outbound calls
- Conduct applicant screening and phone interviews
- Make approximately 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track candidate activity and recruiting progress in ATS and HR systems
- Coordinate with hiring managers to support staffing needs
- Meet and exceed recruiting activity, hiring, and performance goals
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Logistics, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls every day
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Strong follow-up skills and professional communication
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Even Better If You Have
- Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call-center experience
- Experience recruiting drivers or transportation employees
- Familiarity with Workday, Indeed, or Tenstreet
- Experience working with an ATS or applicant tracking system
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation
