A rapidly growing, founder-led media and content company is seeking a VP of Audience Growth & Content Creation to lead the next phase of its digital growth and content strategy.
This is a unique opportunity for an executive who sits at the intersection of audience growth, content creation, production and platform strategy. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and scale highly engaged audiences while developing the creative and production infrastructure to support significant growth.
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Proven success growing audiences across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms
* Deep understanding of platform-native content, analytics, engagement and audience behavior
* Executive Producer or senior production leadership experience
* Experience developing high-volume digital content and scalable production workflows
* A strong understanding of creator-led, talent-led or personality-driven media
* The ability to use data and analytics to inform creative strategy and content decisions
* Experience leading creative, production and/or social teams
* A track record of identifying new formats, content opportunities and growth channels
* The ability to operate successfully in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment alongside a highly involved founder
