Food & Beverage Manager – ANDOVER, MA
Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who excels at building teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a high-volume hotel with multiple dining outlets and a thriving banquet business.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house food & beverage operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop service teams
- Manage labor, beverage costs, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain service standards and operational procedures
- Oversee banquet and restaurant operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Food & Beverage management experience
- Banquet or event experience strongly preferred
- Full-service restaurant experience required
- Strong leadership, training, and cost control skills
- Hands-on, guest-focused leadership style
