- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Closing Shift Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and support a restaurant team during evening and closing hours
- Assign crew positions, manage breaks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Maintain standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service throughout the shift
- Oversee closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the restaurant
- Complete all cash handling, documentation, and closing paperwork accurately
- Communicate any issues, inventory needs, or staffing concerns to opening management
- Set a positive example, hold team members accountable, and ensure readiness for the next day
