General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the team
- Restaurant operations and financial experience -monitor service standards, labor, COGS, inventories, budgeting, scheduling, payroll, ordering
- Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
- Enforce company policies and promote a positive culture
- Evenings, Weekends and Holiday work required
General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years full wervice restaurant management with at least 3 years as a General Managerrestaurant.
- Must be 21 or older
- Excellent communication skills and strong hands-on leadership ability
- Experience with $2M sales volume or higher
- Have a passion for hospitality
- Bilingual skills preferred
- craft beer knowledge and experience preferred
