We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as the primary client partner for a high-profile destination marketing account. Account Director Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for a major destination marketing account
- Partner with Creative, Media, Digital, Content, and Project Management teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
- Manage budgets, forecasting, account profitability, contract negotiations, and scope development
- Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to executive-level clients
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services and strategic initiatives
- Support new business efforts, including RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Mentor and develop Account Managers, Account Supervisors, and Coordinators
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives

Account Director Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of account management or client services experience within an integrated marketing, advertising, branding, digital, or media agency
- Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships and complex integrated marketing initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, or government marketing experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in the Jackson, MS area and regularly attend in-person client meetings
