Clinical Operations Manager (RN, NP, or PA)
A growing, patient-centered concierge medical practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to help oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of a high-touch outpatient practice in Soho. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys improving processes, supporting providers, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including referrals, prior authorizations, imaging, and care coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of care coordinators while improving workflows and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, and pharmacy partners
- Develop and implement standardized processes to support a seamless patient experience
- Collaborate closely with physician leadership to optimize clinical operations and patient care
Qualifications
- Active New York RN license required; NP or PA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient, urgent care, emergency, or similar setting
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong background in referrals, insurance authorizations, and care coordination
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience navigating the New York healthcare system preferred
