Senior Marketing Manager – Benefits & Compensation

Senior Marketing Manager – Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest traffic, revenue growth, and franchise success while supporting both corporate-owned and franchised restaurant locations.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid and organic social media, SEO/SEM, email, SMS, loyalty programs, website optimization, online ordering platforms, CRM, and campaign analytics to maximize marketing ROI.
- Manage franchise and local store marketing programs, restaurant openings, promotional campaigns, community partnerships, creative development, agency/vendor relationships, and annual marketing budgets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Culinary, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives while maintaining consistent brand standards.
- Analyze sales performance, guest engagement, loyalty metrics, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness to develop executive reporting and drive continuous improvement.
- Responsble for leading, developing and mentoring a marketing team
Senior Marketing Manager – Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) with 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in restaurant, hospitality, franchise, retail, or other multi-unit environments.
- Proven success leading digital marketing, brand management, franchise marketing, agency relationships, marketing budgets, analytics, CRM/loyalty programs, and integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership with exceptional communication, project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Mandarin bilingual is required, along with the ability to work onsite in Flushing, NY and travel approximately 10% as needed.
- Candidates must possess a proven track record of execution, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and delivering measurable marketing results.
