Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements and Qualifications
- Lead and coach multiple General Managers.
- Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Manage P&Ls, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.
- Ensure consistency in service, hospitality, and operational standards.
- Support company growth and new restaurant initiatives.
Restaurant Director of Operations Preferred Background and Skills
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
- Proven success leading upscale, full-service restaurants.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and budgets.
- Passion for developing leaders and building winning cultures.
- Hands-on, energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
