Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer to join their growing team. This Engineer will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite and financial systems, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across finance processes.
Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer Compensation
- Base Salary of $140 – 170k + bonus

Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer Responsibilities
- Design scalable NetSuite solutions across finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
- Drive automation, AI, reporting, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
- Optimize integrations, workflows, and scripts to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Develop and deploy SuiteScript 2.x customizations and REST API integrations.
- Perform system audits and optimize script performance and governance.
- Provide NetSuite technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
Sr. Business Systems Software Engineer Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of dedicated NetSuite development and architecture.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT related controls required for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- SuiteCloud Mastery: Deep expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Web-Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and XML. Experience with HTML/CSS for Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of relational databases and SuiteQL.
- Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and OneWorld environments.
