Upscale Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a scratch cooking upscale casual restaurant.
- Proven high-volume experience of at least $6M in annual sales.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and commitment to upholding them.
- Hands-on leadership mentality.
Upscale Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and constructive feedback.
- Ensure the highest level of service to our guests.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize service and efficiency.
