We are seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Manager to lead customer service, transportation, and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver products accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Service, Order Entry, and Order Management teams.
- Oversee transportation, logistics, and 3PL relationships.
- Manage EDI transactions and ERP order management systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, order issues, and service escalations.
- Partner with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF, order accuracy, and customer service performance while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service leadership.
- Manufacturing, food production, or CPG industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing transportation providers, 3PLs, and EDI processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
