Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume environments
- Strong leadership presence
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Committed to continuous improvement and innovation
- Grit, determination, and a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
