Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, compliance, and customer experience.
- Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships that support long-term business objectives.
- Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor communications, and company-wide messaging.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into organizational performance.
- Create operating rhythms that improve accountability, communication, and execution across leadership teams.
- Identify operational challenges early and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or another fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and communications.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require.
