- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commissioned sales team
- Drive revenue growth by improving sales processes and customer experience
- Partner with ownership to build scalable systems for future expansion
- Oversee key operational functions, including inventory, delivery, and customer service
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Lead from the front by actively supporting the sales floor and closing customer opportunities
Director of Sales & Operations – Requirements
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a commission-driven retail environment
- Proven success growing sales and leading high-performing teams
- Experience balancing sales leadership with operational management
- Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
- Background in furniture, appliances, automotive, or similar retail industries preferred
