A fast-growing digital infrastructure and power platform is looking for a Director of Corporate Development to build and drive a national pipeline of hyperscale data center, powered-land, and infrastructure opportunities.
This is not a role for someone who waits for deals to arrive.
We are looking for a true originator and dealmaker—someone who knows the market, builds the right relationships, sees opportunities others miss, and can turn an early conversation into a major infrastructure investment.
You will operate where data centers, power, land, infrastructure, and capital intersect, creating opportunities through:
- Greenfield development
- Strategic partnerships and JVs
- Project acquisitions
- M&A and creative deal structures
You Will Thrive Here If You:
- Have deep experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, power, or large-scale energy development.
- Know how to originate opportunities through relationships—not just respond to marketed deals.
- Understand how power availability, interconnection, land, and development readiness drive data center viability.
- Can open doors with developers, infrastructure companies, landowners, utilities, and capital partners.
- Know how to evaluate, structure, and advance complex opportunities from first conversation through investment approval and execution.
- Want the opportunity to shape the strategy, build the pipeline, and influence the growth of an emerging national platform.
We are looking for someone who is commercially aggressive, strategically sharp, financially astute, and relentlessly curious about where the next major opportunity will come from.
