What You'll Do
- Lead the front-of-house operation with a relentless focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Create memorable dining experiences by ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalized service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while building a positive, high-performing culture
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company standards
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, food presentation, and operational excellence
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing employee development
- Maintain labor, productivity, and service goals while supporting overall restaurant profitability
- Partner closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless guest experience
