Banquet Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of banquet, catering, or food & beverage leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead banquet teams and execute multiple events simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, service standards, and event coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Banquet Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or upscale event venues
- Strong understanding of BEOs, event timelines, staffing, and labor management
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining operational efficiency
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams during high-volume events
