Restaurant Manager

- 2+ years of salaried restaurant management experience.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong operational knowledge including labor, inventory, food cost, and scheduling.
- A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
