- Base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped incentive compensation

Licensed Insurance Agent Requirements & Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License
- Reliable transportation for client visits throughout New Jersey
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple client appointments efficiently
Licensed Insurance Agent Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in life, health, employee, voluntary, or supplemental insurance
- Experience with benefits enrollment and client relationship management
- Familiarity with Medicare or financial services
Licensed Insurance Agent Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Meet virtually and in-person with existing clients across New Jersey
- Conduct annual insurance and benefits reviews
- Educate clients on life, disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and supplemental coverage options
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
- Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up
